In 1937-2004, our local branches established as Zoonotic Center for Infectious Diseases in capital city and 13 provinces (Zavhan, Khentii, Arkhangai, Govi-Altai, Bayankhongor, Uburkhangai, Uvs, Khovd, Khuvsgul, Bayan-Ulgii, Umnugovi, Dundgovi, Selenge). They are organizing risk of zoonotic infectious diseases surveillance, research, control, early warning and response measures of natural foci and in diseases cases they are organizing response measures with related organizations and providing technical management.
